You must provide accurate information on signup. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The free tier includes text chat, all modes, and a 20-second voice-call trial. Premium (currently RM 9.90 / month) unlocks unlimited voice calls, premium personalities, regional female voices, an ad-free experience, and personalised daily reports. Premium subscriptions are processed by Buy Me a Coffee; their terms also apply.
BABA's responses are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. Do not rely on BABA for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. Astrology, predictions, compatibility, and dream-interpretation features are entertainment and self-reflection tools, not statements of fact about the real world.
You can delete any memory at any time from the Memory page. Account deletion removes all associated data on disk. Client-side history and starred replies live only in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.
The free tier shows display ads (Google AdSense or equivalent). Premium subscribers see no ads. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use of the Service after a change means acceptance of the new Terms.
